Terms and Conditions
Pricing
Each price listed covers the following work:
Receipt of one submission of all artwork
Printing of one proof, on which you can make changes or corrections
Receipt of at most one submission of corrected material
Printing of the final version
For subsequent submissions of corrected material, fonts, logos or images, you will be charged at £20.00 per hour. If you send us a print-ready file, you will not be charged any extras. Time is charged by the minute rather than the full hour. All guide prices on this website are based on non bleed items. If you would like an item that has different variables, contact us, for a quote.
All prices exclude postage and packaging costs.
Delivery
All items will be posted via Royal Mail. If an item weighs more than 1kg, it will be sent via courier. Customers also have the option of picking up their products directly from us by appointment. In thise case, postage and packaging will not be charged.
A full invoice will accompany your order.
We have a minimum order value of £2.00
Ordering Process

We will discuss your needs and confirm the price by phone or email
You send us your print-ready file or logo and details
We will lay up the job and send you a proof
You can then make changes if you see fit. (Pricing only includes one proof. Once changes have been made, if you want another proof, you will be charged at £20.00 per hour)
You ok the proof in writing or email
We print your items
We then dispatch direct to you, or you can come and collect the items
We then send you an invoice
You then pay
We can accept payment by cheque, credit card via paypal or cash.
Bleed
Documents in which the colour goes right up to the edge should be sent over with a 3mm bleed on them. Bleed is not required for documents in which the colour does not go up to the edge. Full bleed items will be charged at a higher rate, due to wastage and extra paper charges.
File Formats
We accept files in the following formats: PDF, PSD, JPG, TIFF, AI and INDD. For others please contact us and we can look at the options.
